Policies:

Please read and understand the following terms and conditions. Bookings are subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellations must be made 12 hours before the time and date of your REST session. No-call/no-shows will be subject to a $29 fee. 

• You shall not enter the business under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Elevate Float reserves all rights and power to refuse your entry. 

• Please do not float if you suffer from incontinence, serious heart disease, epilepsy, or chronic kidney disease.

• Because you have complete privacy during your REST session, you must be physically able to climb in and out of the float tank by yourself. 

• Everyone’s REST sessions will vary. If you have a less-than-desirable experience, this does not entitle you to a refund. We suggest you try again because it is a practice and will get better and easier. 

• It is fine to float during menstruation, but please wear suitable sanitary products and be aware of the fee should the solution get damaged. See waiver for details.  

• You have expressly agreed to participate in a REST session at your own risk.

• Elevate Float shall not be held liable or responsible for any lost personal belongings, inside or outside, of the building. 

• We recommend that you arrive around 10 minutes before your REST session is due to begin. 

• We will accommodate for lateness when possible but reserve the right to cancel the booking because of a full schedule if needed. 

• Elevate Float is entitled to charge the guests for any damage that is intentional or caused by misuse of items. See waiver for details.  

• Elevate Float will not tolerate harassment of any kind towards its employees and reserves the right to eject you from the premises without compensation. 

• Only person(s) who are at least 18 years of age are permitted to book a REST session. Children may float but must be accompanied by an adult who takes full responsibility for that session.

• It is your sole responsibility to check that all details for your booking are accurate. You are responsible for entering your details correctly when booking online. 

• Elevate Float may contact you from time to time with offers and promotions via email, phone or text, unless you state otherwise. 

• We always try to ensure the customer experience is flawless at Elevate Float, should you have any complaints, please mention them at the reception desk on the day of or drop us an email as soon as possible. We will promptly respond and work through the issue until a satisfactory conclusion is made. ​
